Drawing-based manufacturing
CNC profiles, holes, slots, and polished edges manufactured to approved drawings.

Custom coated microwave door glass with a dark border, controlled light transmission, and drawing-based geometry.
Real production reference
We review each glass panel as an engineered part of the complete product. Appearance, touch or display zones, mounting details, the operating environment, and repeatable production requirements all influence the manufacturing process.
This product reference was selected from Tairong's domestic product archive. Final geometry, artwork and performance requirements remain customer-specific.

These are manufacturing options, not fixed catalogue claims. The approved drawing and validation standard control every order.

Buyer questions
Practical answers for sourcing, engineering review and sampling.
Yes. The outline, thickness, holes, cut-outs, edge finish, printed artwork, color and functional windows are manufactured to an approved drawing and sample.
Please provide a 2D drawing, target thickness, artwork, application, expected order volume, inspection requirements and destination. A reference sample is helpful when appearance matching is critical.
Yes. The normal workflow includes drawing review, process planning, prototype sampling and customer validation before repeat production.
Inspection is agreed for each project and can cover dimensions, edge condition, holes and cut-outs, printing position, appearance, color, gloss, haze and coating performance where applicable.
Packaging is selected around panel geometry, surface sensitivity and shipment method. Protective separation, reinforced cartons or export crates can be specified during quotation.
