Can one glass specification be used across different appliance applications?

Not automatically. Geometry, operating temperature, impact exposure, display requirements, mounting method and cleaning conditions should be reviewed for each application before the glass and process route are confirmed.

What should an OEM provide before application review?

A 2D drawing, application description, target thickness, artwork, display or coating requirements, mounting method, expected volume and validation standard provide a practical starting point.

Can Tairong support samples before repeat production?

Yes. Projects normally move through drawing review, process planning, sample manufacture, customer validation and controlled repeat production.

Are shape, size, color and printing customizable?

Yes. Profiles, holes, cut-outs, edge finish, printed artwork, color and functional windows can be manufactured to an approved drawing and sample.
